Pay: $57,200-$78,000

Job Summary:

The Crisis Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction and administration of Elevate’s Crisis Service Programs in Sheboygan County. These services include Mobile Crisis, Walk-In Crisis Services, Co-responder Program, and the Youth Health Navigator. This position works closely with the Manager of Clinical Care, the Crisis Services Coordinator, Sheboygan County Health and Human Services and the City of Sheboygan Police Department to provide trauma-informed, person-centered crisis services in the least restrictive manner.

Essential Functions:

  • In coordination with the Associate Director of Programs and the Manager of Clinical Care, establish, manage and monitor program direction to assist in achieving the agency’s mission.
  • Participate in the development of the annual budgets under the direction of the Associate Director.
  • In conjunction with Elevate’s Leadership Team, assist in development of contractual agreements and other revenue streams to support program function and overall financial health of the program.
  • In conjunction with the Manager of Data and Evaluation, regularly evaluate achievement of program outcomes, indicators and guide program improvements to achieve outcomes.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of the crisis team.
  • Responsible for monitoring budgets and providing direction and oversight of program related expenses.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures appropriate for the day-to-day operation of the programs and in compliance with all state licensing and funding requirements.

  • Perform compliance reviews to ensure the operation of the crisis programs is in accordance with state licensing and funding requirements.
  • Deliver crisis service overview to community partners.
  • On-call responsibilities as part of the on-call clinical team.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or in a closely related field required.
  • Valid Wisconsin State licensure as an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist In Training (LMFT-IT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred but not necessary.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Administrative Code Ch. 34, 48, 51, 55, 94 and is effective at interpreting state statutes and administrative codes.
  • Experience in crisis intervention, emergency mental health crisis services preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in selecting and successfully operationalizing research based, innovative programs.
  • Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams.
  • Demonstrated results in managing through complex systems and proven experience negotiating win-win agreements.
  • Proficient in use of technology as a management reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systems.
  • Ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable success and program growth.
  • Experience working with high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
