Mental Health Technician – Crisis Stabilization

Sheboygan, WI (Full-Time & Part-Time | Evenings)

We are hiring compassionate, dependable team members to support individuals in a 10-bed facility focused on recovery, safety, and skill-building.

Pay & Benefits

  • $17–$20/hour based on experience

Schedule Options

Full-Time:

  • 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Every other weekend required

Part-Time (Approx. 24 hours/week):

  • 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Two weekdays + every other weekend
    (Alternating Saturday/Sunday schedule)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct care and supervision in a safe, team-based environment
  • Support individuals recovering from mental health and/or substance use crises
  • Assist with daily living skills and structured activities
  • Facilitate or support therapeutic and skill-building groups
  • Help maintain a calm, supportive, and respectful environment

You will not be expected to manage high-risk situations alone—team support and training are always in place.


What We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals
  • Interest in mental health, human services, or substance use recovery
  • Ability to stay calm and supportive in challenging situations
  • Valid driver’s license (required)

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in mental health, caregiving, or human services is helpful—but not required
  • We will train the right candidate
