    Elevate is seeking a Mental Health Technician – Crisis Stabilization to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. This part-time position offers 1st shift and weekend hours, providing community-based support to individuals working to establish and/or manage their mental health and/or substance use disorders.
    In this role, you will support individuals as they stabilize after a crisis or work toward maintaining independence in the community through supportive skill development and direct client care.
    Pay: $17–$18 per hour
    Benefits: Free CBRF Certification and ongoing in-service training

Schedule

Week 1
  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Week 2
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in adult care, mental health, or substance use services encouraged
  • Caring, compassionate, and person-centered approach
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to be covered under Elevate’s insurance to operate agency vehicles
