The Recovery Support Technician will support clients with a substance use disorder in the Washington County Diversion Programs by completing drug and alcohol tests with participants according to best practice standards and supporting other prosocial activities and community engagement. Perfect part time job for someone who might want to work in the field of addiction services; perfect for a college student working on your SAC or SAC-IT as Elevate can provide your supervision.

Location: 1626 Clarence Court, West Bend

Hours:  Monday through Friday - 20-hour non-exempt position; daytime hours

Salary Range: $16-18 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Pre-employment criminal background check, employment background check and drug screening required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Peer Support Specialist. 
Essential Functions:
  •  Performing observed drug and alcohol tests for participants.
  •  Closely work with the case management team to help meet program goals and objectives. 
  • Data entry into the electronic health system.
  • Meet with and talk to participants to support their recovery goals.
